This year, Ireland celebrates fifty years of being in the European Union, or the EU. There's a big competition in place to celebrate this and Reem caught up with pupils at Pelletstown Educate Together NS who told her what it's all about!
Sineád Hussey has a report about a group of parents in County Meath walked 15km to school this morning to highlight a lack of school bus places.
Around 20 students and parents who have been left without a school bus place walked from Ballivor to school in Trim.

The Baboró International Arts Festival for Children has opened in Galway with over 50 events taking place across theatres, galleries and schools. There are plenty of free visual arts and interactive activities as well! Teresa Mannion was there for news2day!
