It's time to get excited for RTÉjr's brand new TV show - Maddie + Triggs.
The besties are streaming now RTÉ Player and on RTÉjr TV.
Here's the story!
Maddie + Triggs follows the adventures of a curious little girl and her doggy best friend who find music and adventure in everyday sounds.
Maddie is a seven-year-old girl who just so happens to have a vision impairment; and although she cannot see the world around her so well, she is a really brilliant listener. And she is also a great singer, so there's always a song in every show.
Triggs is Maddie's fun-loving best friend, an adorable labradoodle who loves music, mischief and doggy biscuits. They live with their mum and dad in the colourful town of Higgledy-Piggledy, and together they experience the music and sounds of everyday life, by really listening to the world around them.
The show is built around five core pillars: accessibility, representation, education, empowerment, and collaboration. Audio Description will be available on RTÉ Player.

The show features new talent in front of and behind camera, including Bonnie O'Meara, the visually impaired star of the show who plays the role of Maddie. The series is narrated by Siobhán McSweeney (Derry Girls, The Great Pottery Throw Down).
Maddie + Triggs started their adventures as a Podcast and we have new show there too.
