After all the medals and excitement from the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, it's time for Ireland's Paralympians to go back for more!
RTÉjr had a quick Q&A with Ireland Para Powerlfiting star Britney Arendse. Paris 2024 will be her second Paralympic Games after she competed in Tokyo.
We asked 'Spartacus' (that's her nickname because she's so strong!) about what is takes to be a Paralympian and she has some great advice for any young people dreaming of competing.
