We learn all about the king of spices, garam masala and get a bonus recipe for jeera rice. If you’ve never made a curry before, this is a great one to start with.
Once the base it set, they add a mix of spices to build the flavour that works best with chickpeas. This vegetarian curry smells amazing, tastes delicious and can easily be made vegan by using non-dairy yoghurt.
Here is what you need and how to cook it up! And remember, always have an adult around to help and keep an eye on things!!
If you want to make your rice a bit more fancy than usual, they also share a really simple recipe for Jeera Rice which brings even more colour and flavour to the table. This recipe is a lot of fun to make – enjoy!
