In this episode of What's for Dinner?, we’re in Ballyshannon, Co Donegal where Conor, Donagh and Cara cook up the catch from their fishing trip with their Grandad Billy.

Together these three siblings make fish goujons, spicy wedges, some salad and a tartare sauce. They’re pretty handy in the kitchen - this dinner was a crunchy crowd-pleaser!

For this version, the breadcrumbs were plain, but if you wanted to you could make them spicy by adding chilli powder, or herby by adding some chopped parsley and maybe even some lemon zest.

Conor, Donagh and Cara served the goujons and wedges with a rocket salad and tartare sauce - they even made the salad dressing by themselves. Seriously impressive!
