We have a Christmas Eve DJ For A Day Holiday Special, we deicded we better go big. So, we have not one, not two, but an entire class full of DJs!
The 6th Class gang from St Pius X Girls National School in Terenure invited the RTÉjr Radio team into their school to record last week.
The 2nd Class were kept busy recording all their thoughts and feelings about Christmas for the big Christmas Eve show with Derek Mooney and Santa on Radio 1 this Christmas Eve, from 2.30 - 4 and we'll be doing a simulcast of the show at the same time on RTÉjr Radio.

But 6th Class did us proud with small groups selecting their favourite Christmas songs and telling us why they meant so much to them.
We met Kelly Clarkson underneath the tree. Went on a Sleigh Ride with The Ronettes. Went back to the eighties with Band Aid and Wham. And of course we couldn’t miss out every kids favourite Christmas song Feliz Navidad by José Feliciano.
