Are you ready to dance with kids and young people from all over Europe? We want you to sing and dance on Friday, 11 November to celebrate friendship.
RTÉ Kids have teamed up with Sophie Doyle Ryder to record this year's anthem, The One, and she has broken down the dance moves in the video above.
The plan is for everyone to practice the steps and share them on the day. The tutorial video breaks it all down and you can pause, rewind and go again at your own pace.
