We're 4th class in St Pius X GNS in Dublin, we hope you enjoy the songs we picked for this weeks DJ for a Day. We'd like to thank RTÉ for giving us this opportunity, we really enjoyed it the process of making a radio show, maybe one day one of us will have our radio show!
Music isn’t the only thing we enjoy in our spare time though. If we’re not listening to music we’re training in either football or camogie with our local clubs, Templeogue Synge Street, St Jude’s or Faughs GAA. Swimming, tennis and athletics are just a few of our favourite pastimes and a few of us enjoy horse riding at the weekend.
Our teacher, Mr. Dermody, is always playing music for us in class but don’t worry we made sure he had no choice on the songs we picked and we’re grateful because his taste in music is awful.
We love listening to music to relive stress, to create art to, to sing along to but most importantly to dance to. Lots of the girls in our class compete in dance competitions and we’ve travelled not all over the country for competitions but to the UK too. We hope to be on world tours in no time!
