This week on Keep It Up one of the girls, Ava, opened up to her team about growing up and living with Cystic Fibrosis.

Watch the video up top as Ava tells the team about the disease and how it has affected her.

Tune in this Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player!

According to CF Ireland: "Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is an inherited chronic disease that primarily affects the lungs and digestive system.

Ireland has the highest incidence of Cystic Fibrosis in the world – approximately 1 in 19 Irish people are said to 'carry' one copy of the altered gene that causes Cystic Fibrosis. Click to read more about CF and the work of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland."

And, also in this episode of Keep It Up the girls are given their own taste of Dancing with the Stars when pro dancer, Shauna Finn, gives them a lesson.

It shows that even if team sports aren't for everyone you can still be active and have fun! There are loads of great things to try and we just want everyone to give it a go and #KeepItUp.
