Coach Emer O'Neill has brought together a team of nine individuals who will become one crew! Here we meet Nika...
She is one of our youngest girls in the group. She is brave and likes mountain biking and other sports. Nika says it’s annoying there's not more women’s sport on TV. She likes cycling, reading, drawing and plays piano.

Nika says: "It was amazing developing such a comfortable bond with the other girls in a way like I've never had with anyone else. We had great fun making the show, and we hope that we crack some of you at home up!"
