Coach Emer O'Neill has brought together a team of nine individuals who will become one crew! Here we meet Sophie.
Even though she has been Irish dancing since the age of 4 and does so competitively, she does not see herself as ‘sporty’. She likes Tik Tok, Instagram and snapchat.

Sophie says: "The best thing about being in keep it up was making friends. It was so amazing to meet such a variety of girls that I'll forever remember and of course having a lifetime support from Coach Emer - she really pushed all of us to be the best we can be be and try everything.
Everyone should watch keep it up because I really think that there is someone everyone can relate to."
