What was the best part of taking part in Keep It Up?
The two best parts were abseiling and jumping into the lake on the second last day. It was COOL!!!
Why should everyone watch the show?
Everybody should watch the show because it could help girls see that there may be an alternative sport that they haven't tried yet and not give up altogether.
