What a cute dog!

What we learn from this episode, all brains are amazing and learn in different ways. Our brains have super powers as Aine explains...

Why is dyslexia a superpower??

People with dyslexia often recall stories in a unique way and have wonderful imaginations. This makes them great storytellers, authors and actors. Due to their struggles with reading and spelling, they tend to have a greater sense of empathy, because of this they make wonderful friends and community members.

People with dyslexia think in complex ways making them excellent problem solvers. They see connections between things rather than just thinking in a straight line. They really do think outside the box! They also have excellent spatial awareness, and many dyslexics go into the field of engineering.

With a little help, understanding, and patience we can teach our brains to make extra connections which help us to read and spell to the best of our abilities. All these extra connections truly make our brains unique and SUPER!!!
