This archive footage shows Count George Plunkett, Eamon De Valera, Arthur Griffith and others arriving at a session of the First Dáil. The exact date of the footage isn't known but the two shots of De Valera in different outfits indicates that the film was not taken at a single occasion. The bright sunshine and light clothing in some of the footage suggests that this was a spring or early summer meeting.
