1. An bhfuil aon phlean agat don deireadh seachtaine (fada)/don samhradh?
Meaning: Have you any plans for the (long) weekend/for the summer?
Cad a dhéanfaidh tú an deireadh seachtaine seo chugainn/an samhradh seo chugainn?
Meaning: What will you do next weekend/next summer?

Rachaidh mé ar laethanta saoire (thar lear).
Rachaidh mé go dtí ____ (An Spáinn, An Fhrainc, An Ghréig, An Tuirc, an Iodáil) le ____ (mo chlann, mo pháirtí, mo chara, mo chairde) ar feadh ____ (cúpla lá, seachtaine, deich lá, coicíse).

Meaning:
I will go on holidays (abroad).
I will go to ____ (Spain, France, Greece, Turkey, Italy) with ____ (my family, my partner, my friend, my friends) for ____ (a couple of days, a week, ten days, a fortnight).
I will be solo travelling.
I will go on a staycation. I prefer to stay in Ireland.
2. Conas a rachaidh tú ann?
Rachaidh mé ann ar eitleán/sa charr/ar an mbus/ar an traein/ar bhád farantóireachta.
Meaning: How will you get there?
I will go on a plane/in the car/on the bus/on the train/on a ferry.

3. Cá mbeidh tú ag fanacht?
Meaning: Where will you be staying?

Beidh mé ag fanacht ____ (in óstán, i dteach saoire, in árasán, i bpuball, i dteach soghluaiste, i veain champála) ____ (in aice na farraige, cois trá, i lár an bhaile, i lár na cathrach, faoin tuath).
Meaning: I will be staying ____ (in a hotel, in a holiday home, in an apartment, in a tent, in a mobile home, in a camper van) ____ (beside the sea, at the beach/seaside, in the town, in the city centre, in the countryside).
4. Cad a dhéanfaidh tú ann?
Meaning: What will you do there?

5. Tá mé ag tnúth go mór leis an aimsir bhreá.
Meaning: I’m really looking forward to the good weather.
