This week we discover how homework can be a proper heartache for parents. We meet Catherine and Michael Tolan who have two children Nollaig 11 and Naoise 9. Naoise is refusing to do her homework and keeps losing her homework journal much to the despair of her parents. Stella O Malley is on hand to impart some much needed advice as to how to overcome homework difficulties.
Also in the programme we ask why Ireland has the lowest breastfeeding levels in the country and the forest can really benefit teenagers who are taking care of their mental health. And we ask the parents of Ireland what's the best thing about being a parent.
