Magic in the mindset: Irish words for nature

Manchán Magan spoke to Claire Byrne about the magic of the Irish language and its connection with nature in his new book for children.

Playwright and author, Manchán Magan told Claire his new book for children is all about the magic in the mindset of seeing the world through the Irish language. The links between the supernatural and the natural world are locked into the Irish language and bring us back to a time when 'reality wasn't set', Manchán explains.
