Hector is back on the screens later this year for what he calls, Glastonbury meets trad, aka Fleadh TV! For the first time, Fleadh TV will be broadcasting regional finals as well the main event in Drogheda. Here's why Hector thinks you should be there!
I mbliana, beidh an rógaire rua seo ag obair ar an gclár speisialta seo i dteannta Doireann Ní Ghlacáin, Radio One's Queen of Folk, Ruth Smith and musician and storyteller, Aindrias de Staic.
Don chéad uair, ní an Fleadh Náisiúnta i nDroichead Átha amháin a bheas á chraoladh ag Fleadh TV ag craobhacha na réigiún freisin.
Labhair muid le Hector faoi fhorbairt Fleadh TV agus deir sé go bhfuil sé ar bís go mbeidh níos mo deiseanna ag muintir na hÉireann blaiseadh a fháil don fhéile ar a dtugann sé 'Glastonbury meets trad'.
Deir sé go bhfuil traenacha speisialta á gcur ar fáil ag Iarnród Éireann don chraobh a bheidh ar siúl i nDroichead Átha agus mar sin go mbeidh deiseanna breise ag daoine nach raibh riamh ag aon Fleadh a gcéad bhlaiseadh den fhéile traidisiúnta is mó in Éirinn a fháil!

Last year's FleadhTV was the ratings hit of August 2017 and it's back for 2018 with an even bigger show.
NEW this year will be FleadhTV in July heading to the four provincial finals.
On July 8th from Ballinamore, Co Leitrim, July 15th it's Bagnelstown in Carlow, July 22nd it's off to Ennis and July 29th it's the turn of Castlewellan.
All roads will lead to Drogheda in August where the main series runs for four nights from Thursday 16th August to Sunday 19th on TG4 from three hours from the musical streets on the Boyne.
We can't wait to see Hector and his cairde ceolmhara arís!
