Paul co-founded Newswhip back in 2011 when he found it hard to discover the most interesting news stories online. In the video, he talks about building a product in the early days of a startup, why it is essential to do it in-house, and the important question he asks when considering whether to build a new feature or not (hint: What would Des do?). Thanks to the rich local and international talent available in Dublin, Newswhip has found the right people to build that product right here in the city.
