Pick of the day: The Lincoln Lawyer, Netflix

The first batch of episodes of season two of the popular, if slightly cheesy, legal drama hits Netflix today.
Manuel Garcia-Rulfo plays Mickey Haller, an iconoclastic idealist, who runs his law practice out of the back seat of his Lincoln car, as he takes on cases big and small across the expansive city of Los Angeles. Neve Campbell also stars.
Based on the series of bestselling novels by Michael Connelly, this show is low-stakes but entertaining and the perfect midweek watch.
Part two of this season will follow in early August.
Who Do You Think You Are? BBC One, 9pm

The ever-popular series is in its 20th season, as nine celebrities embark on extremely personal journeys as they each delve into unknown family ancestry.
Tonight, Inbetweeners and I’m A Celebrity star Emily Atack traces her showbusiness genes, starting with the family of her grandmother’s cousin Paul McCartney, and leading on to unexpected onnections with Wrexham Football Club, owned by Ryan Reynolds and It's Always Sunny star Rob Mc McElhenney.
Face the Music, RTÉ One, 10.10pm

Tonight on RTÉ One sees the finale of this charming three-part observational documentary series that follows the students and teachers of The Royal Irish Academy of Music.
In this episode, Daire and Ríona take part in the competitive and prestigious Feis, while the third-level opera students have their important final performance.
We meet Rafael, 16, a percussionist, who fell in love with the drums at the age of three when he first heard Phil Collins play and we follow singer Anastasia, who deals with severe performance anxiety, tackle her lead role in the opera.
And Just Like That, Sky Comedy (8am) & NowTV

This revival continues to divide fans of the original Sex and the City, but despite the critics’ opinion of this series, die-hard fans continue to tune in week on week.
Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis have returned to star as Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte respectively, and a long-awaited cameo from Kim Cattrall is expected in the finale (episode 11) of the current series.
