Elton John and his partner David Furnish recently visited the Philippines to donate hearing aids as part of the Starkey Hearing Foundation, a global non-profit organization run.
The organization partners with celebrities and philanthropists to tackle challenging social and medical issues across the globe.
These visits are captured on Operation Change, a weekly TV series airing on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network. The episode with John and Furnish airs on Monday, August 4.
The Operation Change series also features former President Bill Clinton, Sir Richard Branson, Sir Elton John, His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Donna Karan, amongst others.
These individuals visit to help local organizations, from the West Bank of Palestine to Papua New Guinea.
