In true Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model style, each season there are certain tasks that are a given - such as inflicting a military hairstyle on someone with long locks in the make-over episode, making the models walk on moving catwalks/water, setting a cringey acting challenge and making the contestants reveal their deepest insecurities.
The latter task was once again brought to the fore in last night’s episode as the wannabe models wore their heart on their sleeves (or should I say t-shirts?) and admitted to what makes them feel insecure. Irish girl Kellie found it extremely difficult to pick just one word to write on her t-shirt, and in the end she chose ‘Scared, Lost and Lonely.’
However, Kellie (below) took the challenge in her stride and felt relieved but proud to have “confronted her 13-year-old self.” With her new found confidence, I predict that Kellie will sail through to the final three. She truly is a beautiful person on the inside and outside. Watch this space!

For the second challenge Tyson said it was time to “separate the girls from the models,” as the contestants attempted to make like Jessie J and do it like a dude. For a select few of the girls the challenge was a piece of cake, but for others the task of remaining feminine but selling masculine clothes proved to be tricky.

It was a stellar week for Lisa (above) as Whitney gushed about the shot being “so quirky and cute.” Julien complimented the Irish native for looking young, sporty, active and alive, while praising her for knowing how to change her facial expressions.

Emma G (above) was a deserving winner of joint photo of the week. She looked like a serious 80s supermodel in the winning shot. I agreed with Elle when she said it was a good week for Emma. She was consistent in al ofl the challenges, but above all, she pulled some fierce poses.

Tyson was way too harsh on Roxanne claiming that she may have produced a beautiful shot, but her attitude stinks. He even went as far to say that he would hate to work with her on a long shoot (ouch). I thought it was nice of Elle to come to her defence and tell Tyson to keep his mouth shut. I think that Roxy has a great attitude and is a strong contender in the show. Let's just hope Tyson's words don't bring her down. Does anyone else see a slight resemblance to last year's winner Jade in Roxanne?

On the other hand, I agreed with Tyson when he said that Letitia nailed the gentlemen’s club shoot. She is my favourite in the competition, and I already have bets on that she will win. You go girl!

Anita struggled on set in her final photo as Elle told her she looked cross-eyed. Like Whitney, I too loved her pose. However, I think the unflattering styling let her down.

We waved goodbye to Tasmin!
When it came to Elle's elimination decision, I fully agreed that Tasmin was the right girl to leave the show. It was her third week in the bottom two, and her potential was still failing to shine through. I also preferred Anne's unique and quirky look. Who is your favourite contestant?
Next week a returning guest makes an appearance - could it be Olivia Palmero and emotions run high as the girls are thrown out of their comfort zone in yet another challenge.
Not to be missed!
