Piper, Gary and Sonya confront Terese as they think she is drinking again, which leads her to confide in them that she is undergoing chemo.
Turning to Paul and revealing her biggest fear – that she won't survive – Terese worries that she is falling in love with him again. To counter her concerns about her feelings for Paul, she suggests to Gary that they move their wedding date closer.
Piper tries to assure Xanthe that the leaked messages she sent to Tyler were never supposed to be seen by him, but when he sees a leaked video she made about him while she was upset about how he acted with T-Bone, things get a lot worse between them.
Putting on a brave face to go back to school, Xanthe finds an old note from Finn in her locker and breaks down when Susan asks her if she's ok. Her breakdown leads her to come to a big decision.
Elsewhere, tensions rise between Leo and Steph, Toadie makes a move that could spell the end for him and Sonya, and Karl has plans to whisk Susan away.
