This week in Summer Bay, relationships fall apart, harsh memories come to the fore and trust is lost.
After confronting the issues in their relationship, Tori becomes overly supportive of Nate's job offer, telling him to take the position, suggesting a long-distance relationship and offering to look for jobs to move closer to him.
Unable to take it anymore, Nate abruptly ends things and while Tori agrees it's for the best, it doesn't stay amicable for long between them.
Elsewhere, when Scarlett finds drugs in Brody's van, Justin does his best to get him into rehab but he leaves the Bay after trashing Scarlett's home and stealing her valuables.
Telling Kat that $10,000 has been stolen, Scarlett is at risk of being evicted because she can no longer afford to pay her rent, but Alf swiftly comes to her rescue.
John is persuaded to arrange another counselling appointment by Marilyn in the hopes of unlocking his repressed memories, but after a distressing session he vows to give up on trying to remember altogether, but later in the week he has a change of heart.
Meanwhile, Zac reaches out to Hunter and Ash invites Kat on a camping trip with him and baby Luc.
