Unfortunately this would mean leaving the Bay, and Dean, behind. Her parents Maggie and Ben are both thrilled at the big opportunity when she shares the exciting news.
However, she is torn over what to do. After she talks to Dean about the situation, he persuades her that she should turn the offer down.
