This week on Fair City, Orla decides to film an infomercial. Doug rehearses his lines for the infomercial and nails his performance, leaving Orla delighted.
Sean chides Paul for his treatment of Ray and Fiona warns Paul to sort it out. Ray is bereft when Nora ends their relationship for good.
Elsewhere, Heather continues flirting with Hughie and Renee is at a loss to know what to do next. Renee orders Heather to move home but Ellie insists she doesn’t want Heather back. When Jackie steps in, Renee realizes she’s made a terrible mistake.
Heather is devastated when she sees Hughie and Jackie in a warm embrace. Bob is disgusted at Renee’s new idea to help Heather.
Heather explodes when she finds the referral form and accuses Bob and Renee of wanting to lock her up. Hughie tries to calm Heather down and is forced into making her a promise.
Later, Hughie and Renee wonder how they will get Heather to move out of McCoys. Lorna, the psychiatric nurse, agrees to see Heather.
Hughie is in for a shock when Heather kisses him, and is left reeling when he realizes how infatuated she is with him. Renee decides to take action when Hughie tells her about Heather’s latest behaviour.
Later, Hughie and Jackie relish having time on their own. Things take a turn when Heather tells Hughie her feelings in a busy Phelan’s. Bob and Renee try to quench rumours while Hughie denies anything is going on.
Meanwhile, when Decco does Sharon a good turn, she offers a helping hand with Samantha in return. Baby Samantha makes her presence known in the office.
Hayley is none too please when Sharon invites the Bishops to dinner. Charlotte and Hayley clash when Hayley lays down new work rules.
When Charlotte refuses to come back to work with Hayley, Hayley forces Charlotte out of the Smart Office.
Sharon warns Hayley that putting all her focus on work is making her hard-hearted.
