On Neighbours this week, emotions are high as everyone gathers to say goodbye to Sonya.
Toadie is joined by his family and friends, as well as a few surprise arrivals, at a lakeside gathering to celebrate Sonya's life. Toadie and Lucas say some touching words, with Callum struggling to get through his. Angie takes the time to say some kind words that she wishes she had said to Sonya before it was too late.
Elsewhere, Chloe is left not knowing where she stands when Elly makes a quick departure from the Brennan household after their night together.
While they deal with this, Aaron is determined to track Mark down as he assures Elly that Mark still loves her and that he'll bring him back to Ramsay Street for their wedding. Chloe tries to interfere in matters, but there's no stopping Mark.
It isn’t plain sailing for Aaron however, having to tear down all of Mark's walls and help him to see that Elly is what his heart wants, but eventually he realises what he must do, and Mark sets off in the direction of home to beg for Elly's forgiveness.
Elly is torn about her feelings, and Chloe tries to plead with her that she would treat her better than Mark ever could, reminding her of everything he has already put her through. When Mark arrives back in town however, and goes down on one knee to ask her to still marry him, will she say yes?
Also this week, Susan decides she needs to see Finn for herself, Leo's shock at hearing about Paul and Terese's reunion seems to calm somewhat and he grows closer to Piper, and Callum tells Yashvi that he would stay with his family than go to America.
