It's the day of Doctor Legg's funeral, but Dot isn't well enough to attend. Sonia steps in by giving a eulogy at the service on Dot's behalf. Later at The Vic, Dot is pleased to see so many people turn up for the wake – including Lofty and Mary.
Elsewhere, Sharon feels desperate over the lack of information about Keanu. Louise gets on board with Sharon's desire to get answers for Karen, but shocks everyone by telling Phil that she's pregnant. Later on, Karen is shocked when Phil receives a picture of Keanu beaten up.
Meanwhile, Bernadette is mortified when she messes up and mistakenly assumes that Habiba is her date. At the same time, Tiffany stands up to Evie over Bernadette.
Later in the week, Rainie feels put out when the Ahmed sisters explain that Max has left them in charge at the restaurant – unaware that they're lying. Rainie seeks a distraction by flirting with a man at the pub.
Also, Mitch and Bailey plan a surprise for Karen, wanting to stop her from worrying about Keanu for a while.
