On Neighbours this week, Toadie worries that Sonya is taking on too much.
Sonya attempts to keep her diagnosis on the down-low, but when David spots her waiting for her first chemo session, she has to tell him what's going on, and he agrees to keep her secret.
Feeling the effects of her chemo the following day, Toadie feels like she just needs to rest and that he can look after bringing Nell to her first day of school, but Sonya won't hear anything of it and insists on being part of the big day.
The worry starts to really get to Toadie and he struggles to brush off questions about Sonya's illness, and when a mysterious letter upsets him at work, he ends up snapping at Yashvi. When Shane confronts Toadie about his actions, he tries to tell him that the letter is why he is so upset.
Sonya hears back about how Toadie behaved and starts to wonder if the secrecy is only adding to his pain. Will she tell everyone what she is going through?
Elsewhere, despite being back together with Leo, Terese is overcome with jealousy when she sees Paul flirting with Jane Fraser as he shows her around the Robinson Pines development.
When Terese gets on to Paul about acting inappropriately, he asks her why it bothered her so much, and she tells him she was thrown by how quickly he can move from woman to woman, but Paul admits that he hasn't moved on…
Also this week, Elly's hen party begins, Chloe agrees to attend the wedding and Sheila gives Amy a piece of her mind.
