Kat visits Charlie's old cabbie tea hut, hoping for inspiration as she's struggling to learn the Knowledge. She meets ex-cabbie Tony, who knew Charlie, and they decide to visit one of Charlie's favourite pubs. While there, Kat is introduced to Maurice, another of Charlie's old friends. When Maurice drops a shocking bombshell, Kat is left in turmoil.
Later on, a struggling Kat drives back to the Square and accidentally knocks over an elderly man. She's also left in a bad way herself, falling off her moped and knocking herself unconscious.
Elsewhere, Martin receives a message from Ross, who wants to meet him. Ruby also contacts her SOIT officer for advice on the cruel comments she's receiving online. When Ruby and Stacey decide to visit The Vic, they're unaware that Martin is there with Ross and Matt. At the same time, Jay decides to invite Ruby on a date, but how will she respond?
Meanwhile, Matt and Ross are forced to leave, Glenn arrives and defends his two friends. Ruby bravely stands up to Glenn, letting everyone know that she was the woman who Matt raped.
Also, Kat causes a drunken scene at The Vic, much to the concern of her family.
