Ken brings Simon back from Cornwall for his sentencing. Later, Simon's mood darkens when he receives a threatening text welcoming him home.
Simon returns from court with a referral order but remains fearful of giving evidence against Tyler who is making his presence felt.
Meanwhile, Saira is delighted when Rana offers to go on the cruise and asks Imran to split his inheritance now that Rana has seen sense. However Rana can't keep up the pretence and admits that she still loves Kate and that they ever split up. How will Saira react?

Later, two masked teens try to grab Simon in the street and force him into a waiting car. Kate spots what's happening and drags Simon to safety.
Simon shows his family the threatening texts he's been getting and Peter vows to protect his son.
However, when Peter is at the factory Tyler and his mates start banging on the doors threatening them.
Peter and Carla unlock the doors but fail to spot a car approaching and a gun pointing at them through the open window.
Tyler fires the gun and hits Peter in the chest.
