On Home and Away this week, Robbo grows frustrated by his bail conditions, so decides to throw them out the window.
Getting cabin fever being housebound at the Morgan's, and having to keep clear of the witnesses involved in his case, Robbo grows anxious to speak to Colby as soon as he wakes up, but Justin tries to talk him down.
Breaking his bail conditions, Robbo sneaks into the hospital to see Colby, and when Tori catches him in the hospital she promises to ask Colby about Ebony as soon as he wakes up, to prevent Robbo from risking being caught in breach of his bail.
When Colby does wake up, he is shocked to hear that Robbo is being charged with Hazel's murder, but will he be able to give him any information to help his case?
Meanwhile, Ben struggles to accept Maggie's decision to leave, but when she takes another turn for the worse, the potential for trying out an overseas trial is no longer an option as travelling would put her at even more risk.
Maggie decides to take Tori's advice and stay in Summer Bay on her current course of treatment, but an angry Diana is blaming Ben and tells him that if Maggie dies, it's on his head.
Also this week, Dean tells Justin about Willow's gambling problem and makes a big decision about their relationship, and Ty tries to make sure Raffy is doing ok as the bullies take aim following their breakup.
