Deegan is running out of patience at Yates' lack of progress on the murder case, but Yates isn't bothered by his concerns. Aoife feels certain that Wayne is guilty when he hires another solicitor, but Doug tries to tell Pete to support Wayne. She is panicked when it seems like the Guards believe Wayne is innocent and when she threatens him, he is naturally unnerved.
Elsewhere, Jim is buoyant about Oakley's hearing, but a wary Bob is worried he is placing himself in a tricky situation. Jim gives out to him for doubting him and Miriam encourages Jim to give more to the community. On Tuesday, Bob and Miriam are in a tizzy when Jim sets off for the hearing. Will it go as expected?
Meanwhile, Decco stays mum over Kerri-Ann's looming departure, Dolores is overwhelmed and refuses to let her catch her flight until she makes sure she is feeling fit and healthy. Charlotte is begrudged by Decco's obsession with his ex-wife, who agrees to put off her departure to visit a doctor with Decco.
Later in the week, Dolores takes the chance to persuade Kerri-Ann to give her marriage a second chance but is confused when Decco says he still loves her. Cathal is not happy about Decco and Kerri-Ann's relationship. which ends up in an argument.
Also, Charlotte has a go at Decco for having no self-respect. Kerri-Ann asks Decco to start a new chapter in sunny Spain with her but he isn't quite so sure. She turns to Dolores to help her convince him and she somehow manages to get Pete to give them €20,000. How will he react?
