On EastEnders this week, Max returns to the Square and he is not welcomed back with open arms.

When a new car lot opens in Albert Square, it's not long before it's revealed that Max is behind the new business. Sharon warns him that Phil will not be ok with him opening the car lot, and she's not the only resident to take a stand against his return; Mick and Linda are also up in arms.

The Carters make it very clear that Max will not be welcome in the Vic, but Mel steps in and offers him the use of E20, which rubs Jack the wrong way. Elsewhere, Mel gives the Slaters another chance at the cleaning contract.

Meanwhile, Arshad's world is rocked when he helps a woman pretending to be injured by bringing her to his house, where she asks a lot of questions about baby Harley. Later in the week, after discovering that his CCTV has been tampered with, Arshad makes the shocking discovery that Harley has been taken by his biological parents.

Tiffany is back up to her old tricks this week, with Bianca trying to convince Whitney that it's best for her to come back to Milton Keynes with her, but Whitney is unsure until she notices the slide in Tiffany's behaviour.

Also this week, Ian tries to keep Masood away from the publicity end of things in their new joint venture.
