Sean is led away by police on suspicion of Karen's murder on Fair City

Coming up this week on Fair City, Aoife is frustrated at the slow speed of the investigation into Karen’s murder.

Carol is unnerved when DI Yates asks her to come down to the station. She is forced to come clean about the altercation with Karen as it was caught on CCTV. Jane is wary when Carol asks her to give her an alibi.

Meanwhile, Wayne and Orla run through their cover story and are both suspicious of each other. Wayne is tripped up when Deegan questions a phone call he made on the night of Karen’s murder. Wayne struggles with guilt after the funeral and leaves.

Sean is shocked when DI Yates arrives for him and takes him away. He is horrified when he realises the Guards know he was in the park before he met Decco. Deegan tries to persuade Sean to make a confession. Sean is frightened as he spends the night in custody.

Later, Deegan is frustrated when DI Yates releases Sean. Aoife is convinced Sean is guilty and is livid to hear of his release.

Sean confronts Oisin about his lies and says he’ll get what’s coming to him. Robbie is suspicious when Jane slips up about being with Carol on the night...
