Coming up this week on Coronation Street, Summer is shocked to find Billy in a state in the flat. She goes to get Eileen but when they return he has disappeared.
Later, a jittery and sweating Billy goes to meet up with his brother Lee at the cemetery. He begs Lee's forgiveness for his past treatment of him and asks for his help.
Eileen is surprised when she sees Billy looking more upbeat and better, and asks him about his apparent speedy recovery from the painkiller withdrawal. However, he tells her he is putting on an act so as not to worry Summer.
The Connors wait at the hospital as Aidan and Carla are wheeled into the operating theatre for the kidney transplant operation.
After the operation, Carla has an announcement to make...
Elsewhere, Phelan is still plotting against Nicola and makes a copy of her flat keys without her knowing. He goes to her flat and is furious to see Seb there. Seb is oblivious to his presence as he's got headphones on. Nicola takes a call from the police about an intruder in the flat and Seb wonders if Phelan is behind it.
Nicola tells Gary she thinks Phelan called the police and knows about Seb being in the flat. At the mill, Gary is shocked when Phelan says he's on to him and Nicola.
Nicola ends up collapsing and is brought to hospital. When Phelan blames Gary for coming between him and Nicola, Gary calls him a liar and a murderer. Phelan asks to speak to Nicola on his own, what does he want to say?
Later in the week, Lee is angry when Billy refuses his request to stay a couple of nights in the flat and storms off, only to be bundled into the back of a van driven by David. Josh and David take Lee to a garage where they beat him up and threaten him.
