Vincent tells Aiden he wants out of the job. Later he goes home where Kim tells him they have to try for another baby. Feeling under pressure, Vincent snaps at Kim. Later, Aiden asks Vincent to reconsider the job and Vincent acquiesces. He goes back to Kim and agrees to try for another child.
Later, Josh tells Lauren he's been offered a job in Glasgow and wants her to go with him. Lauren decides to hold off on telling Ian until after Christmas, but the secret is out when Ian walks in on them kissing on the couch.
Abi wants to build bridges with Max but Lauren insists she doesn't need their dad in her life. Stacey reassures Abi that she doesn't need Max around.
A menacing Max tries to find out what plan Phil and Ian are involved in. He corners Ian for an unnerving chat. Later, when Ian arrives home, Max is waiting for him. He tells a terrified Ian that he wants revenge and he's going to kill him.
