Among the drama on Summer Bay this week, Brody is in deep water with Zannis and John has a shock proposal for Marilyn.
Brody finds himself in more trouble with Zannis threatening to poison Raffy if he tries to back out of his drug deals. Telling Raffy to be careful, and increasing the security on the house, Brody is a man on the edge, worried for the entire Morgan family.
Elsewhere, Kat and Ash realise that they have both been confiding in Tori about their relationship struggles, with Kat annoyed that Ash would go to another woman. When they talk about her problem with Tori being so involved in their relationship, Kat tells Ash that it was Tori's advice that led to them breaking up in the first place.
Meanwhile, Leah and Alf aren't happy that they missed out on buying the pier buildings, with Leah and Irene especially annoyed when Ben and Maggie reveal that their plans might involve some structural changes to the Diner.
Later in the week, John suggests to Marilyn that they should start fostering.
