The big case this week is the investigation into a taxi robbery that went wrong, resulting in the death of a young drug addict.
It turns out that he was a childhood friend of Conor's and had approached him a few hours earlier about the money for a fix. Conor refused but is now wracked with guilt. Down at the Pipes, Rachel later seizes her opportunity with a shellshocked Conor.
At the station, Paudge and Rory talk to the taxi driver who recounts the circumstances leading up to the young man's death. Paudge believes him but Rory isn't convinced.
