As Casey faces a murder charge, he continues to shut out Brax’s efforts to help him. Sergeant Watson tips Brax off to the fact that Casey isn’t accepting help from anyone. Meanwhile, Heath can’t believe Brax doesn’t care about the death of their father. He also can’t believe Bianca sympathises with Casey too but she does her best to calm him, and encourages him to organise a funeral.
Conflict erupts between Heath and Casey – which Casey later uses to deliberately breach his bail conditions. Bianca encourages Heath to get away from it all. Brax is disturbed to find Casey believing he deserves jail for what he’s done.
Marilyn is finding it difficult in the wake of Danny’s death, especially because of his deception. She seems buoyed when Casey tells her she was a true friend of his father’s. Afterwards, Marilyn’s surprised to learn the Braxton’s aren’t planning a funeral.
Roo’s bemused when Alf asks Tim to stay for dinner. Harvey feels uncomfortable, realising there’s a lot to Roo’s history he doesn’t know. The tension between him and Tim becomes palpable. Tim later surprises Roo with the news that he’s got a business idea and plans to move to Australia for good, and she’s unconvincing when she tries to brush this off.
