Liam still wants to leave the Bay but Bianca thinks Heath’s legal threats change things. Brax is shocked when he learns Heath hired Hayley. A confrontation in the diner between Liam, Bianca, Heath and Hayley blows up. Liam puts his foot in it, suggesting Bianca’s the one who started this mess. Meanwhile, Brax takes Hayley to the edge of a cliff, wanting answers.
Brax makes Hayley come clean about why she set him up. She explains she took the side of Jake Pirovic because of her drug problem. Brax still holds her responsible for Charlie’s death but when it turns physical, Brax eventually lets her go.
Later Liam tries to get Heath to back off the paternity test but has no luck. Afterwards, Liam and Bianca have a rapprochement and promise they won’t let Heath come between them as April gets through to Heath, explaining the invasiveness of the DNA test.
Elsewhere Leah confesses to Roo she drunkenly tried to kiss Brax, and Roo recommends Leah sort it, while the news spreads about Romeo and Ruby getting together, which is a kick in the guts for Indi. Logan confirms Indi’s moved on from her marriage and their relationship continues as well. Romeo and Indi try to keep their defenses up, not wanting to admit they are jealous.
