Leah was beginning to suspect Miles harbours feelings for her but when he drops the bombshell, confirming he’s interested in her, she’s left spinning...but smiling.
Still recovering after his attack, Elijah hears his attacker, Billy, is walking the streets again. Elijah approaches him, eager to convince him he meant no harm but Billy automatically assumes Elijah’s going to try something again and threatens him with a knife. However Elijah manages to talk him down and explain that he didn’t mean to hurt him. Charges are dropped on both sides and Elijah, happy to have some control of his life back, moves out of the Summer Bay House.
Liam is frustrated after his fight with Bianca and takes drugs to forget his problems. However Bianca confronts him soon after he feels the hit and guesses that he’s high. She is furious and storms out of the house, insisting they can’t talk while he’s in that state. Liam heads to Angelo’s and makes a fool of himself, as well as letting Angelo know Heath was his dealer. He heads home and when he’s sober, Bianca visits him, telling him she doesn’t want him taking any more drugs.
Elsewhere Charlie goes on a date, Indi can’t shake her unwanted admirer and Nicole goes to see her baby.
