Donegal-born and Kerry-raised, Caoimhe Gallagher studied law for a year at the University of Limerick before following her heart to London to study physiotherapy. She is now a Specialised Physiotherapist at St George's Hospital in the city and Wimbledon Rugby Club.
Travel is one of her great passions and she spent a month volunteering as a student physiotherapist in a special needs orphanage in Zambia. A lover of all forms of music and dance, she has been a member of a traditional Irish cabaret group from a young age.
"Growing up with the Rose of Tralee, it has always been a dream of mine to become a Rose. I am absolutely honoured to return home to Kerry, donning the London Rose sash and representing my adopted home."
