Ellerslie McCue was born and raised in the beautiful state of South Carolina,and can trace her Irish heritage on both sides of her family to Co Cavan on her dad’s, and Co Antrim on my mam’s. She is studying Agribusiness in the hopes of pursuing a career in either agriculture sales or policy with a focus on sustainability.
She is an avid equestrian and has been fortunate to ride incredible horses, meet amazing people, and compete in horse competitions around the United States.
She is thrilled to have the opportunity to go to Ireland this August and represent my family, friends, and the South Carolina Irish community while also connecting with Irish women from around the world.
