24-year-old (turning 25 this week) Aoife hails from Co Clare and is currently living in Dublin where she works for Bank of Ireland. She studied Economics and Sociology at the University of Limerick and graduated in 2015.
Some of Aoife's hobbies include baking, travelling, fitness and Ed Sheeran! She loves to bake for any occasion, especially if there are any birthdays in work - her manager has even nicknamed her "Chief Do-gooder"!
Aoife travelled to Lourdes to volunteer in June of this year with her local diocese of Killaloe. she also volunteers in an Alzheimer’s Café in Dublin once a month.
"I love to help out there as you get to meet new people and you also get to learn about the effects of Alzheimer’s and Dementia."
