27-year-old Teresa Daly grew up in Kanturk, Co Cork with her parents, Charles, a local dairy farmer and Brigid, a former nurse and proud Kilkenny woman. She went to Lismire National School and Scoil Mhuire Secondary School, Kanturk. She then completed a BSc Honours Food Science degree at University College Cork in 2013. Following that she joined Kerry Group in Naas, Co Kildare where she was offered the opportunity to relocate to the U.S. in 2015.
Teresa enjoys travelling, adventure and exploring new cultures. To date, she has visited nineteen states across North America and has explored much of Europe and Asia. One of her more memorable trips was volunteering as a youth helper, supporting the sick and elderly on the Cloyne Lourdes Pilgrimage.
Teresa is a United Way volunteer in Wisconsin, working with local food pantries. She is also one of the founding members of the Madison Ladies Gaelic Football Club and a member of the Ireland Network Chicago.
