Dearbhladh Walsh is 24 and grew up in Cloneyhurke, just outside Portarlington in Co. Offaly. She taught in the Presentation Primary School in Portarlington for three years before moving to the UAE. Moving there has given her great opportunities to travel and she's looking forward to seeing more of the Middle East and Asia. Along with singing, she plays four different instruments - traditional Irish flute, tin whistle, guitar and harp. This year she took up up Gaelic football and says she's really enjoying the experience playing for Abu Dhabi na Fianna GAA club.
