Sarah Kearns is 25 and had worked as a Primary Teacher for three years in a DEIS school in Cork. She's now pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Educational Psychology through UCD. Growing up in Kilkenny, and a house full of boys, playing GAA/camogie was almost inevitable and she has collected two Leinster medals and one All-Ireland medal for Kilkenny. Her interests also include horse-riding, Irish-dancing, white collar boxing and badminton, in which she also represented Kilkenny. She's also a keen musician and has taught piano and theory of music to young children and also finds time to home-tutor children with special educational needs.
