Mairéad McHugh is 25 and from Kinawley, a small village on the Fermanagh/Cavan border. She's currently a Speech and Language Therapist in Belfast, working with adults with communication and swallowing difficulties and is using her time as the Fermanagh Rose to support the Stroke Association N.I. A bit music fan, she's especially fond of Irish Country. She was on the founding committee for the Dalriada Ladies Gaelic football club and continues to play with her local side.
