US punk-rock group Blink-182 have postponed gigs in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin due to drummer Travis Barker having an 'urgent family matter', requiring him to fly home to the US.
The group posted on their official X account on Friday afternoon, "Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States.
"The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed.
"More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."
Later in the afternoon, Barker himself posted several photos on his own Instagram from the prayer room at Glasgow Airport.
The cancellations were announced just hours before the group were due to play Glasgow's OVO Hydro Arena tonight (Friday 1 September). Their gig in the same venue tomorrow (Saturday 2 September) has also been affected.
The band were due to perform in Belfast's SSE Arena on Monday 4 September and Dublin's 3Arena on Tuesday 5 September.
The group, comprising of Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker, had planned these gigs as part of a massive global tour by the band, their first in almost ten years.
Barker is married to Kourtney Kardashian, and their pair are currently expecting a baby.

Blink-182 first released music nearly thirty years ago, and have sold over fifty million albums worldwide.
